Ingredients
3 cups water
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 lemon (half for juicing, half for slicing)
Instructions
Juice half of the lemon (about 1 ½ tablespoons of juice). Slice the remaining half into thin rounds.
In a mason jar or tall glass, combine the water, chia seeds, lemon juice, and lemon slices.
If using a jar with a lid, secure the lid and give it a good shake to distribute the seeds. Otherwise, stir well.
Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes, allowing the chia seeds to plump up.
Shake or stir before each sip to keep the seeds evenly distributed. Enjoy!
